I defined a Master/Slave boundary condition for a unit cell but get the error : Matching boundary process might encounter unexpected conditions because the contact maps are ambiguous. What could be the reason?

The geometry of the surface on one boundary must match the geometry on the surface of the other boundary. If the mesh on the master boundary does not match the mesh oh the slave boundary exactly, the solution will fail. For further information please check HFSS online help on master and slave boundaries.
