Diverging simulation error

  안녕하세요. FDTD 시뮬레이션을 이용하고 있는 학생입니다.
  SP를 이용한 Hole array color filter가 plane wave source의 각도에 따른 영향을 알아보려고 하는데 위와 같이 오류가 나타납니다. BFAST plane wave 를 이용하고 있습니다. 그래서 저러한 문제 해결 페이지에 들어가서 dt를 바꾸거나 했을때도 동일하게 문제가 나타납니다.
