Ansys EmployeeHello Jifa,
Can you try adding registered login details?
Did you get a chance to test individual packages? Is it the same when you install individual packages?
Wishes,
Mrunali.

SubscriberMrunali,
Not sure what do you mean by adding registered login details? I have scucessfully registered in customer portal. The problem is that when I try to use your 2024 R1 product installer to sign in via ansys ID. It always shows the above error. Without this step, I cannot use any of your packages due to licence restriction, altough I have installed your Electronics package.

Ansys EmployeeHello Jifa,
I assume you have Ansys academic licenses.
Can you please help me understand what needs to be downloaded using an Automated installer?
As the electronics package is already installed you can use the application ahead by adding server details.
make sure you have added the license file in the ansys license manager (either locally or on a shared server/device)

Once done, point the license from the user end:
To configure the license server in the client machine, follow the below steps:
- Go to Start> Ansys 202x Rx> ANSYS Client Licensing Settings 202xRx (Right click and “Run as Administrator”)
- Go to Flexnet Publisher, enter the port number (1055 is the default) and license server name in the required fields, and hit Test.
- A green check will be shown which means you are connected to this license server. Click Save.
I hope this helps,
Mrunali. -

Ansys EmployeeCan you regenerate the licenses with correct server details?
Collect system specifications using https://www.ansys.com/en-in/it-solutions/licensing/capture-license-server-informationOption 2: To check license server details via the license management center:
- Go to Start à Search “Ansys License management center” à Click on “Get system host id information” under license file options”.
- In “Get system host id information” you can check the hostname, disk serial number and MAC address of the license server.

Tensile Test Simulation Best Practices
It is fascinating to compare experimental and simulation test results for a tensile test specimen.
