We, M/s. CADFEM India Private Limited (together with our affiliates and channel partners, “we”, “our” or “us”) respect your privacy and are strongly committed to keeping secure any information we obtain from you or about you. This Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to Personal Information we collect from or about you when you use our site of https://aicmarketplace.cadfem.in/ which is owned by M/s. CADFEM India Private Limited. The website offering to customers namely Ansys Innovation Certification (AIC) Training Course(s), Certification(s), Cloud Access, and Badge(s), and other content made available for purchase to the customer/participant through the above mentioned e-commerce website of CADFEM.

The personal data processed by us, the purposes for which it is processed and the legal grounds upon which it is processed depend on the services you use and/or the agreements you have made with us (e.g. online offerings, products and/or services ordered or requested). Not all parts of this Privacy Policy will therefore apply to you.

M/s. CADFEM India Private limited and ANSYS are the controllers within the meaning of the GDPR are the legally independent entities, M/s. CADFEM India Private limited is the channel partner of the ANSYS. Insofar as your data is processed in the context of use of the internet addresses (URL) https://aicmarketplace.cadfem.in/, the controllers are the entities specified in the above for the respective URL.

We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Information”) as follows:

iv. Social Media Information: We have pages on social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, Medium, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.. If you do not have an account with us, or if we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity, we may ask you to provide additional Personal Information and proof of residency for verification. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not provide, correct, or delete your Personal Information.

Authorized Agents. you may submit a rights request through an authorized agent. If you do so, the agent must present signed written permission to act on your behalf and you may also be required to independently verify your identity and submit proof of your residency with us. Authorized agent requests can be submitted using this form.

We use binding contractual agreements to protect sensitive non-personal data, e.g. data about products (development status, design data, functional samples, simulation results), which you entrust to us as a customer in the context of the services we offer in the form of support, advice and/or commissioned calculation. Our obligations arising from these agreements extend considerably further than the obligations arising from the statutory provisions of law.

7.Children:

Our Services or offerings is not directed to children who are under the age of 13. CADFEM or their channel partner ANSYS does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to CADFEM through the Service please email us at rajashekar@cadfem.in. We will investigate any notification and if appropriate, delete the Personal Information from our systems.

The Service may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by CADFEM, including social media services (“Third Party Sites”). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. We’ll retain your Personal Information for only as long as we need in order to provide our Service to you, or for other legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, safety and security reasons, or complying with our legal obligations.
